Sourcing, Recruiting, Conducting interview and Selection procedure for the internal position.
Conducting background verification of the selected candidate. Taking care of joining formalities of the employees by issuing offer letter, Appointment letters, generating employee code, Welcome mail, and providing joining kit
Preparing and providing ID cards, Access cards, Visiting cards
Taking care or the confirmation activity of the employees.
Maintaining of the personal files/documentation of employees ( Hard and soft copy)
Generating Attendance Reports.
Maintaining the attendance Registers and punching reports and keeping the records of the leave.
Assist the Finance team to release the salary of the employee by providing the (Leave details, LWP deduction, Leave balance calculation, Advance salaries to be processed, change in the policies, change in salary structure, etc.)
Handling the queries of the employees related to the salary and other HR Operational related activities.
Taking care of Pf, ESIC and other statutory compliance
Preparation of annual Increment to employees.
Sending Birthday, Work anniversary and Wedding mails to the employees,
Updating the employees about the new joiners, new events in the organization
Maintaining various formats of MIS for reporting. Maintaining database of the employees.
Coordination with the Insurance Company for sending and maintaining required data in respect of fidelity guarantee insurance.
Handling resignation and termination formalities of the employees.
Updating the root cause of the employees leaving the organization in the system as directed by the employees during the exit interview.
Handling the full and Final Settlement by processing LTA, Leave calculation Providing Experience and Relieving letter to the employees
Conducting training and development program within the organization
Maintaining monthly training reports and keeping them up to date
Must have relevant degree in Human Resource Management.
Having diversified experience into recruitment in rural regions and entry level staffs
Proficient in labor laws and statutory compliances.
